Ottawa at Boston
Setup: The Bruins beat the Senators 7-1 the last time they met up. For Boston, this game falls between two games vs. the Montreal Canadiens (on the 10th and the 14th).
Previous Meetings (2003-2003): Nov. 9 at Boston, the Bruins won 7-1. Ottawa was playing their third game in four nights and it looked like it, as they had no jump. Boston was all over them right from the opening faceoff and went to the dressing room after the first period up 4-0. The Senators never got going. Oct. 24 at Boston, the teams tied 2-2. Rookie Jason Spezza, starting his first game for the Senators, made a nice pass to set-up the tying goal. Spezza was called up because Radek Bonk is out with a chest injury. Bruins forward Sergei Samsonov missed his third consecutive game with a wrist injury.

Toronto at Philadelphia
Setup: Nothing significant.
Previous Meetings (2003-2003): Nov. 29 at Philadelphia, the Leafs won 3-0. Ed Belfour shut out the Flyers for the second time in six days, this time facing 21 shots and turning each one away. As opposed to the first game, in this tilt Belfour was not challenged much by a Philadelphia team in the middle of a slump (they were 1-5-4 in their last 10 games after this result). Nov. 23 at Toronto, the Leafs won 6-0. Goalie Ed Belfour made 25 saves recording his second straight shutout. Toronto did not outplay the Flyers in any other area but goal, as they managed a meager 16 shots on net. However, Flyer goalie Roman Cechmanek allowed four goals on 14 shots before being replaced by backup Robert Esche, who gave up two goals on two shots.

However, Colorado did outshoot the Oilers 28-12 over the final two periods, carrying the play against an Oiler squad dealing with their own struggles.
